GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT OF:
1.- IDENTIFICATION OF THE PARTIES.

2.- ACCEPTANCE AND MODIFICATION.
These contracting conditions, hereinafter CGC, regulate the purchase and sale of the products offered through the Website and are complemented by the conditions of use, cookie policy, privacy policy, legal notice and, where appropriate, any other legal text. published that is applicable.

Maintain the confidentiality of the information provided and immediately notify the loss, misplacement, theft, theft, illegitimate access, as well as its knowledge by third parties.
4.- PRICES.
The published prices include the IGIC and not the VAT or other similar taxes. Shipping costs are not included, although they will be broken down so that the User know the amount of the same before it is bound by the contract.
MAYBEEZ reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, however the prices of the products that will be applied will be those that are published at the time of formalizing the sale, unless there is an error on the part of MAYBEEZ .
5.- FORMS OF PAYMENT.

6.- CONTRACTUAL PERFECTION.
There will be no contract between MAYBEEZ and the User in relation to any product until your order has been expressly accepted by MAYBEEZ (even if the charge has already been made to the bank account provided by the User ). If the order is not accepted and a charge has already been made to the bank account provided by the User , the amount thereof will be refunded in full within a maximum period of thirty days.
After making the purchase, the User You will receive an e-mail with the summary of the purchase made. The contract will exist and therefore bind the parties from the moment the User receive a purchase confirmation email.
7.- TRANSMISSION OF RISK AND PROPERTY.
He User acquires ownership of the products upon full payment of all amounts, including shipping costs.
The risk of loss or deterioration shall pass to the User , when he or a third party indicated by him, other than the carrier, has acquired his material possession. In case it's him User who orders the transportation or the chosen carrier is not among those proposed by MAYBEEZ , the risk will pass to the User upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.
8.- AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS.
In case of punctual unavailability of a product, the User You will be informed by email of this end and the new indicative delivery time. 9.- SHIPPING POLICY.
Shipping destinations : Canary Islands, Peninsula and Balearic Islands, Europe.
Approximate delivery times : Canary Islands, 72/96 hours; Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, two weeks; Europe, between two and three weeks.
Postage : 5 Euros to the Canary Islands, except for purchases over 40 euros to the Canary Islands, in which case they will be free; 10 Euros to the Peninsula, the Balearic Islands and the rest of Europe, except for purchases over 60 euros, in which case they will be free.
When the contracted product is made available to the contractor, the User You will receive an e-mail to notify you of this circumstance.
10.- PROCEDURE, RIGHTS OF CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL, AND LEGAL GUARANTEE.
10.1.- Procedure.

10.2.- Right of Cancellation.
The User may cancel his order at no cost as long as it is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier.
10.3.- Right of Withdrawal.
He User will have a period of 14 calendar days from the time you acquire possession of the property to withdraw from the contract without the need for any justification and without any penalty.
The right of withdrawal will be applicable as long as the contracted products are returned in the same conditions (along with their complete original packaging, labels and any accessory related to them), and the purchase invoice is accompanied. In any case, MAYBEEZ will determine if these requirements are met.
If this right is granted, the User will assume the cost for the return of the products, in case it is not granted; The products will be sent postage due.
The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to: supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly; supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.
10.4.- Legal Guarantee.
He User has a period of two year warranty from the delivery of the product. This guarantee does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, use or improper manipulation by the User . Unless proven otherwise, it will be presumed that the lack of conformity that manifests itself in the six months after the delivery of the product already existed when the thing was delivered.
The legal guarantee includes the following rights for the User :

If the product does not conform to the contract, the User may choose to require the repair or replacement of the product , unless one of these two options is objectively impossible or disproportionate to the detriment of MAYBEEZ . All expenses for the exercise of this right will be free for the User .

The price reduction and the contract termination will proceed, at the User's choice, when the latter cannot demand repair or replacement and in cases in which these have not been carried out within a reasonable time or without major inconvenience for the user. User . The resolution will not proceed when the lack of conformity is of minor importance.
The images associated with the products offered are merely illustrative and may not be a true reflection of the product, since manufacturers and distributors continually renew them.
11.- NOTIFICATIONS.
MAYBEEZ designates as address for the purposes of notifications the one stipulated in the Legal Notice. The email provided by the User during the registration process will be used by MAYBEEZ for the purpose of making notifications. All notifications made in accordance with the indicated procedure will be considered validly made.
12.- ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PLATFORM
In accordance with the provisions of article 14 of Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of May 21, 2013, on the resolution of online disputes in consumer matters, which modifies the Regulation (EC ) No. 2006/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC, consumers have an Online Dispute Resolution Platform, which they can access from the following link:

These CGC are governed by Spanish law. In case of litigation between the parties, the territorial competence will correspond, at the choice of the User , the address of the user or the defendant.
